I have lost a solid 20 pounds. I now have the energy to walk my dog Annie every morning for about 3 miles – that includes up and down steep hills which is huge for me because I couldn’t do this a few months ago. My digestive health has greatly improved and I am so happy about this. I crave greens and other healthy foods. When out socially with family or friends I feel confident in only ordering healthy foods. I don’t crave or eat sweets anymore. I understand that I don’t want to fuel the fire of the bad guys in my gut and defeat my hard work.
