The Position
We’re hiring a professional to learn our system and become a Live Disease Free health coach. This coaching role begins with 3-6 months immersive training in student support (email) where you’ll master the Live Disease Free methodology through real interactions. After training, you’ll advance to one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and mentoring.
This is a coaching position with structured training—not entry-level support.
What You’ll Do (Training Phase)
- Compose warm, supportive student emails using our knowledge base, templates, ensuring excellence in grammar, spelling, and overall readability
- Ensuring all feedback and recommendations to students are accurate and consistent with the Live Disease Free system
- Demonstrate compassion, integrity, humility, and faith
- Maintain excellent grammar and clarity; translate complex information simply
- Never provide medical advice; escalate appropriately
- Convey hope; participate actively in training
- Meet response timeframes
Required Qualifications
Health Coaching (must have):
- Health coaching certification (IIN, NBHWC, ACE, Precision Nutrition, or similar), OR
- Currently in recognized coaching program, OR
- Nursing degree with holistic health interest, OR
- Health degree with coaching experience, OR
- 2+ years professional wellness coaching

Essential Skills:
- Native English with excellent writing
- Compassionate, empathetic, hope-centered
- Detail-oriented, reliable, teachable
- Comfortable in faith-based environment
- Growth mindset and coachability
Technical & Logistics:
- Proficient: Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Zoom
- Reliable internet, professional workspace, own equipment
- US/Canada based
- Monday-Friday, 20 hrs/week initially
- 4+ hours overlap Pacific Time (9 AM–1 PM PT)
Preferred:
Live Disease Free Academy graduate, chronic illness experience, personal health transformation story.
Success & Advancement
Training Requirements:
- 90%+ quality (grammar, tone, clarity, boundaries)
- Timely responses; appropriate escalation
- Student feedback reflects values and accuracy
- Active engagement; coachability
Advancement (after 10-12 weeks excellence):
- System mastery
- Successful supervised leading of group Q&A calls
- Mission/values alignment
Advancement (after 6 months of excellence):
- Completion of Live Disease Free coaching training
Career Path: Training → Supervised Coaching → Live Disease Free Coach → Senior Coach → Lead Coach/Manager or Coach Trainer
Compensation
Compensation: Based on performance and experience
Structure: Independent contractor, 20 hrs/week → 30-40 hrs as you advance
Probation: 3 months
Training: Fully paid; LDF coach training provided free
