This privacy policy covers visitors to our website (www.livediseasefree.com), blog or app (our “Site”).

When visiting our Site, registering in our courses or ordering any service on our Site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, country or other details. Other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy, no personal information of yours is shared outside of the Site unless you explicitly authorize it. When you visit our Site, we use some typical tools to understand our users’ use of our Site and services as well as to improve our Site and services. The third party service providers listed in this policy are current as of the date of this policy. We will endeavour to update users when it changes service providers, but we cannot guarantee that our update will be contemporaneous.
How do we use your information?
We use your personal information for internal purposes only, such as to provide you with access to the certain restricted areas of the Site, to send out our email communications and our newsletters, if any, and to otherwise communicate with you about the services. We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, visit the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
- To personalize a user’s experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

How do we protect visitor information?
We try our best to provide you with leading security practices, like using strong passwords to manage our network, limiting admin access to our network to a limited number of humans, and encrypting all requests via a secure connection (HTTPS). Indeed, if you attempt to access our site using http, you will be redirected to an https address. We use https on our site exclusively, which means all your transmissions of data are encrypted in transit. However, no data transmission on the Internet or on a network is 100% secure, so we cannot make a guarantee. Take care to manage access to the computers and devices where you are logged in to our application. In addition:
- We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
- We use regular Malware Scanning.
- We do use an SSL certificate.
Do we use ‘cookies’?
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. We do use cookies (a small text file placed on your computer to identify your computer and browser) and/or web beacons (a file placed on a website that monitors usage) to improve the experience of our site.

Third Party Disclosure:

If you make a payment (such as when becoming a client or using a teleseminar), we use a payment processor to process your payment. In order to do that, the processor receives the payment info you provide. Our current processor is Stripe and PayPal.

Third party links:
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Anonymous Visits:
Users can visit our site anonymously. Our Privacy Policy can be found on the bottom of the Live Disease Free Website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’, and can be easily be found on the page specified above.
Marketing:
We do not specifically market to children under 13.
How does our site handle do not track signals?
Because there is no consistent industry understanding of how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals, we do not alter our data collection and usage practices when we detect such a signal from your browser.
Does our site allow third party behavioural tracking?
It’s important to note that we do engage in third party behavioural tracking.
What Data Is Sent Outside Canada and Where:
To use third party service providers, in some cases, your data may be transferred outside of Canada, often to the United States for the use of such services. These service providers may additionally transmit data in accordance with their privacy policies.
In case of a data breach:
A data breach occurs where there is a loss alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to personal data AND there is a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals. If this happens, we will notify the users via email within 7 business days.
Fair Information Practices:
We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.
Email Practices:
We collect your email address in order to:
- Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
- Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.
- We may also send you additional information related to your product and/or service.
- Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.
