❓What types of parasites infect us—and how?

Parasites are microbes that live in our bodies and harm us. They rob nutrients, release toxins, and create inflammation. Common types include:

  • Worms (roundworms, flukes, tapeworms)
  • Protists (Giardia, Babesia, Toxoplasma)
  • Parasitic bacteria (Borrelia, Bartonella, Clostridia)
  • Fungi (Candida, Aspergillus).

We are exposed to parasites through pets, partners, restaurants, produce, gardening, contaminated water, and even public restroom handles. Parasites are everywhere—they are part of life, like weeds in a garden. Our goal is not to completely eradicate all parasites, but to decrease their presence in our body so much that we feel well and allow our immune system to do what it was designed to do – to protect us from infection! And second, to effectively manage parasites throughout our life to maintain optimal health.

💊 Herbs vs. Parasite Medications—What Works?

While herbs like wormwood, black walnut, and cloves are helpful for gut-level parasites, they aren’t strong enough on their own—especially when infections involve larger worms or brain parasites.

🦠 Can parasite drugs impact our healthy microbes?

Parasite medications, herbs, and oxygen therapies can affect some health-promoting microbes, but they’re used in short, strategic cycles and are far less damaging than long-term antibiotic use. Most importantly, during treatment we continually rebuild the microbiome using fermented foods, proper nutrition, and targeted support. In the Live Disease Free plan, the benefits of treating parasites far outweigh the risks—especially when done correctly.

⚠️ Detox Fatigue: Mold, Metals & Parasites

If you’ve been detoxing mold and metals for a year with minimal improvement, you may be missing the real problem: larger parasites. Mold thrives in the waste-filled environment created by worms. Treat the various parasites first—big to small—then detox becomes effective.

It’s crucial to treat strategically using cycles:

Treat worms → Protozoa → Fungi → Bacteria → Repeat.

🧠 What about parasites in the brain?

Parasites can cross the blood-brain barrier. That’s why some treatments must include drugs like albendazole or praziquantel, liposomal herbs, and oxygen therapies. No single drug kills all parasites, and supplements alone won’t effectively treat the brain. Each treatment must be tailored to your unique infection profile.

🩺 Why don’t doctors talk about parasites?

Most licensed professionals are bound by standard of care guidelines and risk losing their license if they stray. Also, they are not skilled at identifying and treating parasites. This is why many practitioners are silent—even when they know more is going on.

That’s why I created a free resource to help you talk to your doctor about parasites.

🧬 Can parasites cause [insert chronic disease]?

Yes. Parasites are at the root of virtually all chronic diseases—neurodegenerative, autoimmune, cardiovascular, even cancer. They disrupt our microbiome, weaken the immune system, and create systemic inflammation. Scientific research confirms this.

🛠 How do you treat parasites effectively?

Through the Live Disease Free Plan, we follow 4 key steps:

1. Prepare the Body

  • Follow the Live Disease Free Diet to greatly reduce food to the parasites
  • Support the body with optimal sleep, daily bowel movements, and a clean environment.

2. Treat Strategically

  • Use a personalized combination of parasite medications, herbs, and oxygen therapies
  • Treat in cycles: big to small (worms → protozoa → fungi → bacteria)
  • Rebuild the good microbes throughout.

3. Maintain Long-Term Health

  • Stay active, eat clean, optimal sleep, re-establish a healthy gut microbiome, manage stress
  • Treat parasites preventively 1–2 times per year, depending on exposure.

🧠 Will treating parasites heal MS lesions?

If the parasites causing the lesions are effectively treated, then yes, lesions that are still in the inflammation stage can heal. Recovery is possible.

🙋 Common Questions

  • Can I follow this plan as a vegan?
It’s more difficult to see results due to the high carb load of vegan diets. Reducing total carbs to 30–40 total grams per day is essential.
  • What if I tested negative for parasites?
Most stool tests miss over 90% of infections. Use symptoms, health history, and energy testing to guide your plan.
  • Can I stay on MS meds while treating?
MS drugs suppress the immune system, which may worsen infections. Work with your doctor and pharmacist to safely adjust meds if you choose to.
  • How do I prevent reinfection?
Be mindful of your environment, hygiene, food sources, and close contacts. Treat pets if necessary and continue preventive cycles.
  • What if I still feel sick after treatment? Reassess your environment (mold, EMFs), fine-tune your carb intake, and review your treatment cycles. You may need different therapies or to treat longer. You may also need support. This is not an easy task.

What if I still feel sick after treatment?

Reassess your environment (mold, EMF exposure), fine-tune your carb intake, and review your treatment plan. You may need different therapies or to treat longer. It is very important that you work with a skilled practitioner when treating parasites.

🙌 Final Thoughts

Treating a parasitic infestation is not easy and requires support. You don’t have to live with chronic disease. Recovery is possible, if you treat the cause. Pam and many others have done so.
