The Best Parasite Cleanse Diet

Diet plays an important role in our health, but is diet important when treating parasites? And if it is, what diet should we follow?

This post reveals the best diet to follow when cleansing the body of parasites that cause chronic disease. It also explains diet guidelines, lots of meal ideas, why this is the best diet to follow when doing a parasite cleanse, and miraculous symptom improvements that Wellness Champions enjoy when following this diet.

Why is the Live Disease Free Diet so important?

There is a large and ever-growing body of research that shows that parasitic infections can cause virtually any disease. Parasites are living microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, protozoa and worms) in the body that cause harm. Inflammation is always present in chronic disease and is the result of the immune system fighting parasitic infections.

Parasites must adapt to different environments where the amounts of oxygen and food vary greatly. These variations strongly influence what they feed on to produce energy for survival.

Parasites adapt to low levels of oxygen in the human body by using energy producing systems that are very different from that of the human body. Most parasites do not use oxygen that is available in the human body, but instead rely on anaerobic glycolysis to obtain their energy.

It is a well-known fact that parasites use more glucose under anaerobic (without oxygen) than under aerobic (with oxygen) conditions.

Several types of parasites rely on the anaerobic breakdown of carbohydrates to meet their energy needs. These parasites choose not to use oxygen despite living in an environment where oxygen is present, such as human blood. An example of this is when adult worms infect human blood vessels. They almost completely depend on the carbohydrate supply in the blood of humans for their energy requirements, which is mainly accomplished by fermentation.

The plasmodium parasite that causes malaria gets most of its energy from the breakdown of glucose into lactic acid. It has been shown that this parasite is able to adapt to low oxygen environments.

Research has shown that with respect to the dog heartworm that can infect humans, adult worms can remain alive after 24 hours in a completely anaerobic environment, where mostly glucose is broken down into lactate.

Blood flukes begin to feed on human red blood cells just a few days after infection. They are able to switch from the aerobic to anaerobic breakdown of glucose, which results in a significant increase in lactate production.

Tapeworms require a source of carbohydrate to grow and reproduce. They break down sugars anaerobically into lactic acid or ethanol.

The best diet to follow when cleansing the body of parasites

The Live Disease Free Diet provides lots of nutrition to feed the body and yet, greatly reduces the food to the infections that cause disease. This diet will make the parasites less active and easier to treat.

There is no diet that will treat parasites. Diet simply supports the immune system and promotes immune modulation.

Successes of Wellness Champions who followed this diet

Every week, we receive life-changing successes from our students who begin to implement the Live Disease Free diet. Below are a few of the recent updates from our students who are currently recovering from parasites and chronic disease.

Student #1

“Yes Pam, I am noticing more strength in my leg, a strong reduction in spasms and stiffness, less anxiety, slight improvement in bladder function, improved mental clarity.”

Student #2

“My successes this week are continuing to fine tune what I eat, feeling a little stronger with walking and I have had a reduction in the edema in my feet and ankles.”

Student #3

“I’m doing better. I’ve been better at getting out of the shower by myself!”

Student #4

“My mobility has improved noticeably. My balance is almost normal most days now. I’ve noticed less pain in my ribcage area, I honestly didn’t really notice it until it was gone. My mental health and resilience seem to be in a better place as well.”

Student #4

“I changed my Cronometer to calculate “Total Carbs” as you instructed. States my daily carbs at 35 grams at present and I feel 80% better! My numbness is now mild rather than severe and I have a small electric shock down my spine – more like a slight buzz when I look at my toes – instead of a very uncomfortable shock.”

There are real solutions to recover from parasites today!

To restore health, we must focus on treating the cause of inflammation, which are parasites. First, identify the enemy (parasites), then support the body and treat the parasites while following a holistic approach. When parasitic infections are treated effectively, we can overcome inflammation or disease.
