Is the healthy food you buy actually healthy?

We are all trying to make better food choices by purchasing organic and natural products whenever possible. There are so many more healthy options available to us now, however not all products are created equal, and learning how to read an entire label is a skill everyone should learn. Even food products labelled as “organic” or “natural” can be misleading – it is so important to carefully read the label before you buy any product.

When you are recovering from chronic disease you need to eat food as close to its natural state as possible. The fewer ingredients the better!

Remember that by eating a basic, whole food diet, you won’t have to worry as much about labels, because your food will almost always be in its natural state.
