How to choose the right eating plan for you

With so many eating plans out there, it can be daunting to try to figure out which one is best for you – which one will help you recover from chronic disease and live your best life.

Whole 30, vegan, vegetarian, keto, high-fat, low-fat…the list goes on! Food is a hot topic right now, and filled with emotion. There are serious concerns about the way our food is produced, including factory farming, the treatment of animals, GMO’s, food labelling, environmental impact, etc.

In this week’s video, I shared my take on how to choose the right eating plan for you. Having the right eating plan is your first step in recovery, and will lay the foundation to help your body heal, and make it easier to treat infections.

The biggest lesson to learn from any of these eating plans is that once you remove processed carbs from your diet, you will see immediate improvements in your health. Remember that processed carbs increase your blood sugar and feed the bad microbes that are making us sick.
