You have tried resting more, pacing yourself, taking supplements, changing your diet and even trying to exercise more.

And you are still exhausted.

MS fatigue is not only about how much energy your body is producing. It is also about how much energy your body is being forced to spend.

When the root cause is active, your body is working around the clock. It is dealing with inflammation, toxins, poor elimination, and parasites that are active. So even when you rest, even when you sleep, even when you try to do everything right, your body still has very little energy left for you.

This is not a willpower problem; not a motivation problem. And it is not that you are not getting enough rest.

It is a burden problem. And that changes everything about how recovery works.

MS fatigue is not normal tiredness. It is not the kind of tired that goes away after a nap. It is your body signaling that something underneath is still draining it.

I am going to walk you through five steps that reduce that burden, so your body has more energy to heal.

Step 1: The Live Disease Free Diet

The Live Disease Free diet is foundational, because the right diet does two very important things at once: it feeds and strengthens your body, and it greatly reduces food to the parasites.

Many people with MS are already trying to eat healthy. They may be eating fruit, smoothies, oatmeal, honey, quinoa, and other higher-carb foods. But when parasites are involved, sugar and carbohydrates feed them. Parasites do not care if the sugar comes from a cookie or from organic blueberries. Sugar still feeds them.

When parasites are well fed, they become more active, produce more toxins, more inflammation, more stress on the body, and more fatigue.

When we reduce their food supply, they become less active. Less activity means less inflammation, which gives your body a better chance to rebuild energy.

This diet also supports your mitochondria, the energy producers inside your cells. They make ATP, which is the energy your body uses to function. When the body shifts from burning mostly sugar to burning more ketones from fats, the mitochondria can produce energy more efficiently. It is a cleaner source of fuel.

So this diet is not just about cutting carbs. It is about feeding the body, reducing food to parasites, lowering inflammation, supporting mitochondria, and helping the body make energy more efficiently.

The following are updates from students following the Live Disease Free diet:

Lana said: “Truly, the diet gives me energy and a positive outlook. It makes me feel great.”

Shauna said: “The diet alone has helped my symptoms. I have great energy. Better than in years.”

Susan shared that after focusing on the diet, she had much less pain in her body and joints, and her energy levels were definitely improving.

You can’t rebuild energy while you are still feeding what is draining it.

Step 2: Daily Bowel Movements

Most people don’t realize that parasites are the greatest source of toxins in their body.

If you are not having a proper daily bowel movement, toxins produced by parasites remain in the bowel too long and can be reabsorbed into the bloodstream. Then the liver tries to deal with this toxic load, and if it cannot keep up, the toxins can cross the blood brain barrier, affecting cognitive function and energy.

This can contribute to brain fog, depression, anxiety, extreme fatigue, inflammation, heaviness, and feeling toxic overall.

Many people are trying to rebuild energy while their drainage pathways are blocked. That is like trying to clean your house but never taking out the garbage.

As students are getting ready to treat parasites in the Live Disease Free plan, they often use over-the-counter supplements to support daily bowel movements to support the body.

Erin, a student, shared: “I am feeling good and noticing lots of energy, great focus, bowel movements each morning, better sleep, and my arthritis is almost gone.”

Notice how those improvements are connected. Energy, focus, sleep, pain and bowel movements are not separate issues. The body works as a system.

If toxins are not leaving your body, they will keep draining your energy.

Step 3: Optimal Sleep

Sleep should be restorative. You should wake up feeling more refreshed, not like you barely survived another night.

Sleep is a critical time when the body intensifies repair, clears waste from the brain, modulates immune function, regulates inflammation, and restores physical and mental energy.

But many people with MS and other chronic diseases are not getting restorative sleep. They may have a hard time falling asleep, or they may wake up throughout the night because of bladder urgency, pain, spasms, anxiety, insomnia, snoring, or sleep apnea.

When your body is fighting parasites, it releases inflammatory chemicals that can disrupt normal sleep cycles and interfere with REM sleep. So even if someone is technically sleeping for enough hours, their sleep may be broken, shallow, or non-restorative.

That is why someone can spend a full night in bed and still wake up tired, foggy, wired, and exhausted.

Parasites can also drive inflammation in the body that affects the airways and the brain’s control of breathing. This can make snoring and sleep apnea more likely, which further fragments deep sleep and REM sleep.

Over time, this hidden sleep disruption can affect mood, memory, focus, and energy in a major way.

That is why assessing for parasites is an important but often overlooked step when people cannot fix their sleep.

So the question is not only, “How many hours did I sleep?”

The more important question is, “Did I wake up with more energy?”

Students in the Live Disease Free plan make sleep a priority. Some may need an over-the-counter sleep aid while they are getting ready to treat parasites, so their body can get the rest it needs.

A huge benefit of following the Live Disease Free diet is less bladder urgency. This allows students to sleep for longer periods at a time and wake up with more energy in the morning.

Erin also noticed that when her sleep improved, her energy, focus, mood, pain, and resilience all improved together.

Sleep and energy are directly connected.

Optimal sleep strengthens every part of the body and is a vital step for energy and recovery.

Step 4: Reduce Environmental Toxins Like EMF, RF Radiation, and Mold

There are many invisible toxins in our environment today that were not present 50 years ago.

Your body is not only affected by food, infections, and toxins inside the body. It is also affected by the environment around you.

If your nervous system is inflamed and struggling to repair, environmental stressors can add to the burden your body is already carrying.

Parasites are also known to accumulate heavy metals. So when someone is dealing with parasites, toxins, heavy metals, and inflammation all at once, the total stress on the body can become very high.

Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt has spoken about research showing that microbes exposed to ambient EMF and RF radiation can grow up to 600 times faster in that environment. His explanation is that these organisms are sensitive to electromagnetic stress, which can cause them to reproduce faster, produce more toxins, and become more virulent.

If parasites and microbes are already producing toxins, reducing EMF and RF exposure is one more way to lower the stress on the body.

This does not mean we can’t use technology. We can still use it, but we need to use it wisely.

The goal is to reduce the total stress load so the body has more energy available to heal.

A good place to start is your bedroom, where your body should be repairing.

Turn off Wi-Fi at night if possible. Keep your phone away from your bed and in airplane mode. Do not sleep with Bluetooth devices beside your head.

If you suspect mold exposure, take it seriously. Mold can be another major stressor on the immune system and nervous system. If you have mold in your home or work environment, have it remediated immediately and properly.

Create a sleep sanctuary with the cleanest, calmest sleep environment you can.

Every burden you remove gives your body more energy to recover.

Your bedroom should be a recovery room, not another source of stress.

Step 5: Oxidizing Enemas

Oxidizing enemas are one of the most powerful supports we use because they can quickly reduce the parasite and toxic burden in the large intestine, helping many people feel relief very quickly.

When parasites and toxins are present, the bowel can become a place where toxicity, inflammation, and parasite burden continue to affect the whole body. By helping flush toxins and parasites out of the large intestine, oxidizing enemas reduce this burden at one of its major sources.

Here are a few examples from students in the Live Disease Free plan:

Lana shared that oxidizing enemas were incredibly helpful. She noticed she could walk heel-to-toe with more ease, and she had the energy and desire to work in the kitchen, prepare healthy meals, and clean up afterwards.

Sandra had more energy and felt well enough to do dishes after breakfast, do loads of laundry, spend a little time weeding outside, and cook dinner.

Drew shared that he used to spend weekends lying in bed. Now he has enough energy to work, exercise, take care of his home, and run errands.

Debbie shared that she now has lots of energy and is running a mile every other morning, walking two to three miles, and adding strength training.

This is what we want you to get back.

Not just feeling a little less tired.

We want you to get your life back.

We want you to be able to do the things you love again.

Energy is not just about feeling less tired.

Energy is about getting your life back.

Start Rebuilding Energy Today

If you are dealing with debilitating fatigue, stop blaming yourself.

You are not lazy. You are not weak. You are not failing.

Your body is carrying a burden that has not yet been properly addressed. That is why ignoring it, resting more, or pushing harder will not help.

The goal is to reduce what is draining the body so energy can start to rebuild.

Here is a quick recap:

Step 1: The Live Disease Free Diet feeds the body, reduces food to parasites, lowers inflammation, and supports mitochondrial energy production.

Step 2: Daily Bowel Movements help toxins leave the body instead of being reabsorbed and adding more stress to the liver, immune system, and brain.

Step 3: Optimal Sleep gives the body time to repair, restore, and rebuild energy.

Step 4: Reduce Environmental Toxins Like EMF, RF Radiation, and Mold to lower stress on the nervous system and reduce conditions that may make microbes more active.

Step 5: Oxidizing Enemas help flush toxins and parasites from the large intestine, reducing the toxin burden in the body.

These steps work together and can lead to life-changing improvements in energy and many other symptoms.

Recovery will never come from a magic pill. It comes from creating the right conditions for the body to restore energy and recover.

If this helped you understand why your fatigue has not improved, I invite you to watch my free masterclass.

In that training, I explain the full Live Disease Free approach and how people with MS and chronic disease are recovering by addressing the root cause instead of only managing symptoms.

There are real solutions to recover from parasites today!

To restore health, we must focus on treating the cause of inflammation, which are parasites. First, identify the enemy (parasites), then support the body and treat the parasites while following a holistic approach. When parasitic infections are treated effectively, we can overcome inflammation or disease.
