I follow the Live Disease Free Eating Plan that I picked as the Best MS Diet. This plan is powerful because it is fresh, tasty, and satisfying, but most importantly it feeds the body, and greatly reduces food supply to the infections that are causing our symptoms.
Eating this way makes it easier to treat infection – but it is also important to note that diet is just the first step in recovery.
I have been able to keep MS in complete remission for 28 years and the Live Disease Free Eating Plan is an important part of my success!
When following this eating plan properly, my students see symptom improvements in as little as 1-2 weeks, including increased energy, and improved sleep and bladder function. They also feel happier, begin to have better mental clarity, and often notice more strength in their arms and legs.
In this video I share what I eat on a daily basis, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including snacks. I also share how to modify recipes to fit the Live Disease Free Eating Plan, and simple substitutions that will keep you on the right track.
