Recovering from parasites is challenging. Parasite testing is not accurate and most practitioners lack the experience and skill to identify and treat parasites. Our body provides a perfect home for parasites to thrive with ample food, water and shelter. Parasites also have developed many ways to avoid our immune system.
If we suffer from significant symptoms or if we have been diagnosed with disease, we are infested with parasites. If we treat parasites without first preparing to treat, we can feel horrible with extreme fatigue, nausea and a flare of our symptoms.
The prep phase of the Live Disease Free Plan includes dietary changes and supporting the body before treating parasites. This allows people to tolerate the parasite medicates much better and treat parasites more quickly and effectively.
Parasites will eat a variety of foods, but their favorite foods are carbohydrates and simple sugars. By decreasing carbs and sugars enough, the parasites become less active and produce less toxins, which leads to a decrease in inflammation and many symptom improvements.
It’s also important to support the body before treating parasites. Adequate sleep and daily bowel movements are vital before starting to treat. It’s also wise to review blood work and support physiology, remediate mold and greatly reduce EMF and RF radiation. Other steps are also helpful, but these are critical for success.
The Live Disease Free Diet
The Live Disease Free Diet is a low-carb, highly nutritious eating plan and the best diet to support recovery of parasitic infections that cause disease.
This diet is primarily focused on feeding the body with a lot of nutrition while decreasing food to the infections that cause disease, making them less active and easier to treat. This results in a decrease in inflammation (immune modulation) and wonderful symptom improvements from just the diet alone.
The Live Disease Free Diet emphasizes 9 to 13 servings of low-carb, low starch vegetables, moderate protein, and enough healthy fats to maintain weight. It is grain free, dairy free, and does not allow processed carbs, sugar or other sweeteners, caffeine or alcohol. Keeping our daily carb count higher than Keto but lower than Paleo drastically weakens the infection.

This diet is very satisfying. It’s important to have enough healthy fats with meals and snacks to maintain weight. Eat a variety of foods to support nutritional needs. Being prepared and having enough food cooked in the fridge will prevent boredom and the temptation to eat foods that will benefit the parasites.
Anyone suffering from inflammatory bowel disease should cook their vegetables and only eat vegetables that do not aggravate symptoms. As the parasites are treated and the digestive tract heals, raw vegetables will be tolerated again in the future.
