With so many eating plans out there, it can be hard to know how to choose the best one to help you recover from MS or other chronic disease. You know that diet is important, but you’re just not sure where to start.

I follow the Live Disease Free Eating Plan that I picked as the Best MS Diet. This plan is powerful because it is fresh, tasty, and satisfying, but most importantly it feeds the body, and greatly reduces food supply to the infections that are causing our symptoms.

Eating this way makes it easier to treat infection – but it is also important to note that diet is just the first step in recovery.
